Chrome extension
Start From Done for Chrome
The next 45 minutes, pointed at your dream. Name today's step, start a sprint from any tab and write one line when it ends. Free, no account needed, and it stays on your device.
Free in the Chrome Web Store. Works in Chrome on a computer.
What it does
- Name today's step. Type your own, or pick one of three examples and edit it.
- Run a 45 minute sprint, or 10 on a full day. The toolbar icon shows the minutes left. Alt+Shift+S starts one from any tab.
- Write one line when it ends. It joins your Done list, so what you finished stays in view.
- A streak that counts real days. Days in a row with at least one finished sprint, by your own calendar.
- Focus mode, if you want it. Off until you turn it on. List the sites that pull you away; during a sprint they show a calm page with your step and the time left, and open again when it ends.
It stays on your device
No account needed and no tracking. Your steps, lines and site list stay in your browser on this device, and the extension makes no network calls. It opens a tab only when you click a link. Read the privacy policy for the details.
On its own, or with the app
The extension is the timer for today's step, and it works on its own. In the Start From Done app you see your dream already done, name what could stop you and get the steps back to today. Both are free to start.
